charmyfashion.com, a company incorporated under the laws of India (“the Company”) offers various retail solutions, including through its website charmyfashion.com and other applications (“Platforms”) various online lifestyle, fashion & clothing which inter alia facilitates the sale and purchase of products across categories related to fashion & lifestyle (“Products”) by users of the Platforms (“Users”).
